RFID stands for "Radio Frequency Identification".

RFID technology offers many advantages. It enables products to be scanned en masse without having to see or touch them, and therefore saves a considerable amount of time.

The following market segments can be identified:

Supply chain management :
- inventory tracking in the industrial sector
- cold chain traceability in the food industry
- sanitary traceability in the pharmaceutical industry
Supply management (containers, pallets and other industrial containers)

In concrete terms, RFID technology consists of :

a transmitter: a radio geolocation chip, also known as a "tag", fitted with an antenna. This chip can take the form of a label.
an RFID reader: this works with the tags in its field of action. Once they are brought into contact with each other, communication between the geolocation chip and the reader can be automatically activated from a distance (from 1 cm to 50 meters).

Isielog is able to meet a wide range of customer requirements, providing a variety of "tailor-made" solutions, based on specifications provided in advance.

This then takes the form of a “cabinet” for tracking all types of assets in warehouses, a ‘tunnel’ for tracking stocks and orders in stores, an “on-board RFID antenna on forklift trucks”, or a “gantry” for detecting tags (on pallets or containers) as people or goods pass through, with RFID antennas installed for each of these solutions.
